Quick access to App settings in your iPhone

Have you ever wanted quick access to a setting in your iPhone without going through several clicks yo get there? Maybe you need to quickly switch off 3G in your Network Preferences and you need to swipe to a new screen, open a container, click on Settings, General then Network to do this?
